- With a set budget in mind, source for various options that meet that particular budget.
- Numerous vendors abound in the market, do the leg-work and make the rounds.
- Negotiate for a quantity discount if you have a large guest count.
- Ask to see a sample before confirming your order.
- Once you have confirmed your order and paid a deposit, do not make any more changes.
- Request for the vendor to deliver rather than you having to collect.
